Social inclusion is the goal of Infraero
Responsible management requires the business to an audience where everyone wins. This ensures the sustainable development of the country. It is with this purpose that the search Infraero bridge the gaps between the technological excellence of Brazilian airports and poor communities living around an airport.
The program Infraero Social, present in 62 airports, currently serves more than 17 000 citizens. The Program projects are developed in partnership with municipal, state, federal, and nongovernmental organizations and charities. The program focuses on Social Infraero training, health and formal education for children, youth and adults at risk of social or residents of low-income communities adjacent to airports. Many teenagers can join the first job after participation in the Social Infraero.
In 2003, Infraero Apprentice started the project in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, in order to participate in the Employment First program of the Federal Government. In Apprentice, young people receive practical and theoretical classes to perform the duties of administrative assistant.
Within the company, quality of life programs to ensure employee motivation and concentration, and improve health and self-esteem. The results are a reduction in the number of accidents and absenteeism.
