Infraero The Ombudsman aims to meet the company's customers. The result is improved quality of services.
Suggestions and complaints from users, passengers or employees of Infraero are accompanied by the board and president of Infraero, and answered by the Ombudsman. With it, identifies improvement opportunities and offer new services to customers of the 66 airports managed by the Network.
Issues with the airlines or companies that operate at airports should be referred to the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), www.anac.gov.br through the website or directly to the companies responsible.
