Commander Gustavo Kraemer International Airport is located in the rural area of Bage, 60 km from Uruguay and 380 km from Porto Alegre. It does not operate regular commercial flights. It has just two banking services flights daily, in addition to air taxis, and executive jets.

Airport users are, majorly, businessmen from the country’s central region who have business in region such as Pure Breed English and Arab horses, livestock, fruit farming, vineyards, paper pulp, and power generation.
